Use this form to sign up as an ECR full member or student member.
You do not need to fill out every line on the form. However, we must have a name and mailing address for every member. An e-mail address and at least one phone number is also very helpful.
ECR maintains a password-protected on-line roster. If you do not wish to be listed in the roster, click the "Do Not Include Me..." button. If you want to be on the roster, but you want certain information you're sending us (such as your phone number or e-mail address) not to be included, click on the corresponding "Do Not Include" button.

If you want to correct or update your membership information, the easiest way is to just send an e-mail with the corrections to Bennet Marks. Alternatively, if a lot of information has changed, you can fill out this entire form - not just the information that needs to be changed - and resend it.

The ECR Roster is for members only (full members and student members). It is password-protected. All members will be provided with the password. If you misplace the password, contact Bennet Marks for the information. Please do not distribute the roster or the password in any form, digital or printed. Thank you.
